A1: We are a trading company, has rich experience in shoe-making, leather goods and garment machinery, and can offer more than 200 kinds of industrial machines.

Q2: What is your MOQ of your Product?

A2: MOQ is 1 set.

Q3: What's your payment term?

A3: We accept TT advance payment, usually 30% deposit and 70% balance  before delivery.

Q4: What's your after-sales service?

A4: All machines has one year warranty service, any parts damaged (except easy wearing or electronic parts used over 3 months) can be offered by DHL from us and any machine problem will be promptly replied and offer solution by sending video to teach how to fix. For production line project, we offer global installation service to make sure your project starts successfully.

Q5: What is the product package?

A5: To be packed in plywood case, pallet or carton (sewing machine), suitable for long distance shipment and climate change, prevent from moisture and shock.

Q6: Do you test all your goods before delivery?

A6: Yes, our technician will test each machine before delivery to make sure the machine is in good condition.
